The vessel has aft accommodation with two decks incorporating the wheelhouse, sleeping quarters, galley, mess room, toilet and separate shower/ wash room.
The sleeping quarters consists of a single cabin accessed through the aft of the wheelhouse. The quarters contain a ¾ bunk and a single bunk with storage cupboard.
The galley and mess are accessed via a stairway from the wheelhouse or from the poop deck on the starboard side. The galley is equipped with a 4 element domestic cook top, microwave, sink , refrigerator and separate freezer.
There is bench seating along the port bulkhead with a dining table, storage under the bench seat and a single bunk with storage space below.
There is an access / escape to / from the engineroom on the starboard aft side of the mess room. There is a deck storage locker where shore power cable is stored immediately outside galley.

General | LOAD CARRYING
Deck load is 70 tonnes.
LCT easily transported 2 x 20yd tip trucks full of gravel, along with concrete trucks with full loads ( 6.5m) and numerous other heavy machines
CONSTRUCTION
The vessel is a landing barge constructed with steel hull, frames, stringers, deck and superstructure, built to USL code requirements. The hull scantlings are substantial and the vessel is structurally fit for purpose.
The hull both internally and externally are in good condition. The deck and superstructure are in excellent condition and all coatings are intact and well established, Bulwarks, railings and vents are in excellent condition.
The forward section of the vessel is divided into a number of double bottom tanks utilised for fuel storage ( approx. 30,000 litres) and ballast.
The bow is fitted with a hydraulically operated door/ loading ramp fitted with two forecastle spaces. Port side contains the chain locker.
